Darwin's Triangle 5D/4N

Dear Sir:
During the first week of June my husband, 2 sons and I took the Red Mangrove Darwin's Triangle 5D/4N tour. We arrived in Quito, from Canada, the night before we left for the Galapagos Islands. From the moment we arrived we were very well taken care of. When arriving or departing from Quito we were taxied around by Juan Fernando Rueda or his wife. They were very pleasant and helpful.
Upon arriving in Baltra we were met by our Guide, Jimmy, and Naturalist, Jorge. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable making our experience on the islands exceptional!! The accommodation and food at the Red Mangrove lodges was superior. I would be remiss not to mention Gabriela Vivas Yépez and Adriana Ramírez at Redmangrove.com who assisted me throughout the process of selecting and booking the trip. Most definitely our trip was a great success from start to finish, made possible by your staff.
My husband and I, plus our two sons, ages 15 and 19, have agreed that this was our best vacation yet and we will definitely consider another opportunity to travel with your company.
I would like to thank you and your staff for creating wonderful memories for our family.

I just wanted you to know that the Ecuador/Galapagos trip was the BEST! I just don't have time to write the volumes about it that I could! Trip of a lifetime! Excellent personalized service throughout the journey, the likes of which we would frankly never have in the U.S.

It was, indeed, a pleasure meeting with you last week and I want to thank you for giving me the wonderful opportunity to experience the hospitality of the Red Mangrove hotels and your very efficient and welcoming staff.
For me, it was absolutely delightful staying at your hotels. I can't imagine anything that could improve your service, reliability and/or the genuine care and attention afforded to me by everyone I met who was connected with the Red Mangrove family.
What could be better than staying just a few meters from the water and thus enjoying the splendor and magnificence of the Galapagos scenery J
As you know, I was following a very tight schedule and, unfortunately, we didn't have that much time to talk. If you will be visiting the USA as you mentioned during my visit, I hope you will be able to spend some time here at the Friendly Planet office so we can further our friendship.

Loved Everything!

Hope this finds you well! I have just spoke to the tour leader today to go over the trip.
He said everything was fabulous, lodges, food, guides, Quito City tour etc.
The only thing is the very long first day having to make their way all the way to Isabella instead of Santa Cruz.
So definitely when they do this again the itinerary would need to be slightly different. But other than that they all loved everything!
Thank you so much for all your very hard work and for making this trip this year a great success for my group and I look forward to working with you again, either for a group or individuals.
